    What is Bibhitaki Powder?

Bibhitaki is called "Vibheetaki" in Sanskrit, where "bheeta" means "fear" and "Vibheeta" means "no fear." The word "Vibheetaki" as a whole means "the fruit that makes you not afraid of disease." Bibhitak, also called Baheda, is a very important herb. It is one of the three myrobalans (fruits; Triphalla means "three fruits"). The other two are Amla and Harde.  According to Ayurveda, bibhitak is hot and helps to get rid of Pitta and Kapha doshas (humors) that have become too strong. Bibhitaki is a natural cleanser. It includes food fibers, which are good for digestion and help with problems related to constipation.

This also helps get rid of piles and pain in the anus. When Bibhitaki powder is taken with equal amounts of Harde and Amla (triphalla) powder, it helps get rid of toxins in the body and gives each organ a new lease on life. Ayurveda says that taking Bibhitaki powder with honey in the morning can help soothe a sore throat, reduce inflammation in the throat, treat coughs and colds, and boost the immune system. When taken every night with warm water or buttermilk, bibhitaki powder helps lower spleen swelling. Tannins and other parts of Bibhitaki have a good effect on brain function and make the brain work better.

People say to mix Bibhitaki powder with warm water to make a paste and put it on acne or black spots. When it dries, wash it off. When applied to skin allergy problems caused by jewelry, both white sandalwood powder and Bibhitaki powder paste made with rose water work well. Also, a paste made of bibhitak and simple cool water is put around each eye to take away extra heat from the eye area.

How do I use Bibhitaki Powder?

One to one and a half teaspoons mixed with warm water, once or twice a day, or as recommended by your physician. Please see your doctor before using this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep it out of children's reach.

    Bibhitaki powder has benefits.

There are a lot of antioxidants in bibhitaki, like ellagic acid, tannins, lignans, and flavones. The chemicals may help lower blood sugar and make insulin work better. They may also help reduce inflammation. Vitamin C is one of the vitamins and elements in Haritaki.

◉ Treats Ulcer: The fruit bibhitaki is amazing, and it can help heal stomach sores. There is proof that the Bibhitaki fruit's antiulcer qualities, which come from plant substances like gallic acid and ellagic acid, help digestion and calm the stomach.

◉ Alleviates Stress: Depression and worry are mood illnesses that can hurt your health, and Bhibhitaki is a "wonder fruit" for relieving stress. Studies have shown that the ethanolic oils in the fruit have a strong effect on depression and can help reduce stress.

◉ Prevents Metabolic Disorder: Metabolic syndrome is a group of health problems that include high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and being overweight. These problems can make you more likely to develop heart disease and diabetes. Research backs up the idea that Bibhitaki is a great medicine that can help avoid metabolic syndrome. When the powder is mixed with hot water, it helps people lose weight, lower their cholesterol, and become more sensitive to insulin.

◉ Enhances Digestion: The dried fruit of Bibhitaki, also called Baheda, has strong digestive properties. It helps break down food bits in the stomach and gut, stimulates the production of digestive juices, and makes it easier for the body to absorb nutrients through the bowels. Not only does it help get rid of gas in the stomach and reduce bloating, distension, and cramps, but it is also a key part of treating a wide range of gut problems, such as diarrhea, heartburn, gastritis, stomach ulcers, etc.
